Hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Having minimum 2 years experience in IT End User Support in a medium-large company (min. 100 users)
Sufficient knowledge about concepts of Customer Service & Operational Excellence
Extensive knowledge in Windows XP, Windows 7, and MS Office: install, configuration, troubleshoot
Basic concepts of networking
Basic concepts of MS Windows infrastructure (domain/Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Requirements
Bachelor Degree (S1) in communication with minimum GPA ≥ 3.00;
Minimum 3 years experience in communication field;
Good understanding in communication strategies;
