Organizational Development & Talent Management Head (ODTM-KOM)Requirements:
* Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Management /Industrial Engineering
* Having min 3 years of working experience with the same position (experience in media industry will be an advantage)
* Having knowledge about Organizational Development Activities such as Job Analysis/Job Evaluation based on competency and People Development to ensure organization effectiveness
* Having strong leadership and able to manage team
* Have a strong knowledge about performance management and organizational process
* Good conceptual & analytical skill with excellent interpersonal skill
* Proficient in English
Recruitment Head (REC-KOM)
Requirements:
* Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology
* Having min 3 years of working experience with the same position (experience in media industry will be an advantage)
* Having in-depth knowledge of recruitment process, psychological test, and able to make psychological report
* Having strong leadership and able to manage team
* Good conceptual, analytical thinking and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Proficient in English
Reporter (REP-KOM)
Requirements:
* Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
* Good ability in writing
* Have experience in Journalism is an advantage
* Proficient in English / other language

Editor (ED-KOM)
Requirements:
* Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
* Having min 2 years experience in supervising and leading team of reporter /editorial officer
* Min 1 year experience as an editor in press media
* Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia (Based to EYD)
* Proficient in English both oral and written
