Responsibilities:
* Assist Human Capital Development Manager in tasks related to organizational development
* Conduct analysis of organizational development and designing systems that can influence the effectiveness of the organization
* Design, implement and develop a system of Organization Development, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Job Analysis & Evaluation
* Coordinate and establish good relationships with departments / divisions involved in the planning and implementation of organizational development
Requirements:
* Male / Female, age max 35 years
* Minimum graduate degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Human Resource Management from the university leading
* Experience as an Organization Development Specialist at least 2 years
* Having knowledge and expertise in the drafting and implementation of Organization Development, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Job Analysis & Evaluation
* Has a good ability in Indonesian language and English
* Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio
* Enjoys challenges, communicative, dynamic, accustomed to deadlines and have the soul of leadership
2. STAFF ADMIN PAYROLL DAN PAJAK

- Female
- Maximum age 27 years
- Education minimal D3 Taxation
- Understanding the tax laws, especially Pph21
- Having certificate Brevet A / B / C
- Persevering and meticulous
- Hold under pressure
