PT Pertamina Retail operated as a part subsidiary company of PT Pertamina (Persero) and incorporated in 1997 under the name of PT Pertajaya Lubrindo and its name changed into current name since 1 September 2005 with the gas station as a main business. PT Pertamina Retail headquarter based in Jakarta and located in Wisma Tugu Wahid Hasyim - Jl Wahid Hasyim 100-102 Jakarta 10340. The main business of PT Pertamina Retail consist of managing SPBU (Gas Station) for retailing fuel for vehicles, and in business non fuel retail (NFR) such as Bright C-Store, Bright Oli Mart, Lubricant, Mini Market/cafe, LPG Shop, Car Wash, and ATM. As of year end 2011, the Company operated 147 outlets Bright Store, comprising 95 Branding outlets, 3 joint venture outlets, and 49 managed outlets.
